Co-Owner - Managing Partner

William J. Reitchel, Jr.

Managing Partner and Co-Owner of BAS-Group. Mr. Reitchel brings his leadership and management expertise to the Security Industry. After serving in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Analyst, Mr. Reitchel continued growing and expanding his leadership and networking skills and together with Mr. Kagle, combined forces to bring a better product to the Security Industry. Together, BAS-Group plans to bring back the one thing that they believe is missing in this industry - Accountability.

Co-Owner - Managing Partner

Zackery L. Kagle

As the other half of BAS-Group, Managing Partner and Co-Owner, Mr. Kagle brings his years of leadership and team development expertise to the Security Industry. For the past 10 years, Mr. Kagle has driven customer service and accountability in the work place. He demands integrity and inspires work ethic. Mr. Kagle also brings his love for firearms and tactical training to the office. He is one of the driving forces behind BAS-Groups Mission statement and business model. BAS-Group would not be the Family it is without Mr. Kagle.

Arthur “Jax” Jackson

As Director of Human Resources, Mr. Jackson brings his career in people management to BAS-Group. As a member of United States Marine Corp, Mr. Jackson is using his real world experience in leadership and training to prepare our officers for service with accountability, professionalism, and integrity. Mr. Jackson created our HR department from the ground up and has been pivotal in helping hold BAS-Group officers to the highest standards. Mr. Jackson leads our HR department and drives our advanced firearms, use-of-force and public relations training curriculum.
